This term implies a treatment which, by means of dedicated gasses (some time simply air), creates radicals very active for glues, paints, aso.
Research laboratories and various industries are the most frequent users. Main applications are the following:

• Pre-treatment of parts to be painted
• Treatment of parts to be inked
• Pre-gluing treatment

Utilizing this technique it is possible to carry out strong gluing of materials which, if treated normally, present poor adhesion after gluing, or actually fail to glue.
