Gambetti Kenologia will participate in the European Materials Research Society (E-MRS) Congress, to be held May 26-30, 2025, at the Congress Center in Strasbourg, France.
Our participation
At the conference, we will present our innovative vacuum plasma technologies, demonstrating how these systems can modify the surface properties of materials at the nanometer level for numerous applications in research and development.
Our plasma systems on display
We will present our full range of plasma systems:
- Colibrì: low-frequency desktop capacitive plasma system (50KHz, 200W), ideal for cleaning and surface activation of metals, plastics, ceramics and paper.
- TUCANO: Advanced plasma system designed for high-efficiency treatments, combining surface cleaning and thin-layer deposition in one compact and versatile solution.
- FALCON RIE+: desktop plasma system with dual operating modes selectable via software. The Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) mode adds ion bombardment that enables anisotropic etching of silicon, dielectric materials, and polymers for applications in electronics and optoelectronics. The system uses fluorinated gases (CF4, SF6) to remove silicon layers and mixtures of O2 and CF4 to etch organic materials.
